Please allow up to 30 days for delivery in Europe and until 90days to delivery in ASIA/AMERICAS.

Returns
Except in cases of damages no returns will be accepted.
Damages & Refunds
Be carefull when you receive the package.
If the package is damaged, please DO NOT accept it upon delivery.
No refunds or exchange will be made if you accepted a damaged package.
All damages must be reported by email within 24 hours of the goods being received.
The package will then be returned, and you will get a new artwork, or be refunded the full amount you paid, including shipping costs. You will then be given a replacement for the damaged artwork.
If SIGN is unable to replace the product you will be refunded the full amount you paid for the artwork.
SIGN reserve the right to issue refunds at any time prior to delivery.
Unwrap prints
Works on paper are rolled in tissue paper which are taped shut. DO NOT attempt to tear the tape. You may accidentally damage the print by doing so. The only safe way to open your print is to use a utility knife and slice the tape open.
